Team pulse is a structured analysis of per-person engineering activity: PRs merged, reviews completed, days since last activity, and behavioral patterns like concentration risk (one person doing too much) or review bottlenecks (one person blocking too many PRs).
How Dash implements this
Dash analyzes your team's GitHub activity weekly. It produces per-person cards with activity bars, flags (quiet, overloaded, concentration risk, bottleneck), and a synthesized health summary. Available on-demand or as a scheduled routine.
